Traditional

Beef Tamales (Grandes)

I make my Grande Beef Tamales for those who want a bigger, heartier tamale. Each one is generously filled with ground beef, fresh bell peppers and onions, and traditional Mexican seasonings like cumin and guajillo chile. The filling is wrapped in stone-ground corn masa and finished by hand in a traditional corn husk.
