Poblano Rice

I make my poblano rice with tender long-grain rice and fresh poblano peppers for a rich, savory flavor with a mild touch of heat. It’s a delicious and easy way to add authentic Mexican flavor to any meal.

Water, rice, poblano peppers, onion, cilantro, soybean oil, cultured dextrose, garlic, salt, vinegar.

Microwave (3-4 min)
Bag is not microwaveable.
Empty contents into microwave-safe bowl. Put damp paper towel over the bowl and heat for 3-4 minutes on high stirring halfway through heat time. For softer rice: add 2 TBSP of water and stir. Place damp paper towel over the bowl and heat per instructions above.

Stovetop
Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat to desired temperature on medium high. For softer rice: add 2 TBSP of water and stir.

Do not place plastic pouch in saucepan.
