Traditional

Beef Tamales

I make my beef tamales with seasoned ground beef, fresh bell peppers and onions, and traditional Mexican spices like cumin and guajillo chile. The savory filling is wrapped in stone-ground corn masa and finished by hand in a traditional corn husk.
