Pinto Bean Tostadas

• Corn Tortillas (4 Medium)
• Olive Oil (1 Tsp)
• Desired Toppings (Cilantro, Jalapeno Peppers, Mango, Radish, Lettuce, Onion, etc.
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Spread the tortillas in a single layer on a baking sheet and coat with olive oil. Place in the oven until crisp cooking for 6 minutes flipping the tortillas once half way through.
Spoon the refried pinto beans over the tortillas and then add desired toppings.
Add desired toppings and serve.
